Micha, I read through the debian bug. Yes, this is the same issue as mentioned in the other bug report.
The workaround was described by cdurst. Once you enter all the information to the wizard, don't use the "Get Accounts" buttton but close it by pressing 'OK'. The accounts can be retreived later on by "edit"ing the same user and using the "Get Accounts" Can you let me know how to get the new version of libaqbanking (for ubuntu intrepid).
