This is the information that I have:

This cam works great before 8.04 (included), in the releases after 8.04
it stopped working, and in 9.04 freeze the system completely and the
only option is press the turn off button.

I add the logs information bellow, in the attachment.

uname -a > uname-a.log

sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log (those are 2 v's not a w)
dmesg > dmesg.log
lsusb > lsusb.log
lshal > lshal.log
