Please sync openct 0.6.16-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
This is a new Upstream Release. Ubuntu Delta does not contain Ubuntu
specific changes that can affect its functioning.
Changelog since current karmic version 0.6.14-3ubuntu2:
