I had a similar problem: 373921 but i solved it by cleaning the fan exhaust
conducts.
I'm another one of the timeless persons who can't install other kernels, but as
a reference,
and in case this is a hardware issue, here are my reads using Andy's parameters
only on one kernel.
Maybe they can serve as a reference.

temp1: +80.0°C (crit = +102.0°C) (15 minutes of stress)
After killing stress
temp1: +64.0°C (crit = +102.0°C) (1 minute after)
temp1: +60.0°C (crit = +102.0°C) (5 minutes after)
temp1: +58.0°C (crit = +102.0°C) (10 minutes after)
