That's not how it works. The main purpose of the keyring is to actually encrypt the different passwords using a master password, which makes it impossible to retrieve the passwords without you entering the right key. So the whole problem is: how can we give users the choice not to encrypt their WiFi passwords when they are using autologin? Then the trusted list is already working.
