Public bug reported:

When I am using an external monitor, if I put the laptop on hibernation
and unplug the external monitor, when I bring back the laptop from
hibernation, I don't have any screen to use!

I expected the default behavior in windows, which is to revert to
default screen on coming back from hibernation, if external monitor is
detached.

I noticed this bug with an EEE Pc 1000H, using Ubuntu 9.04
