Public bug reported: When I am using an external monitor, if I put the laptop on hibernation and unplug the external monitor, when I bring back the laptop from hibernation, I don't have any screen to use!
I expected the default behavior in windows, which is to revert to default screen on coming back from hibernation, if external monitor is detached. I noticed this bug with an EEE Pc 1000H, using Ubuntu 9.04 ** Affects: hundredpapercuts Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: display hibernate laptop monitor screen ** Also affects: hundredpapercuts Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Laptop doesn't switch to default screen on hibernate when external monitor is detached https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/389912 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
