Public bug reported:
When you have an update that is less than 10K there are no units on the
number displayed. I assume that in this case the size is in bytes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start update manager.
2. Select an update that is less 10K in size?
Actual results:
No units are displayed after the size number.
Expected results:
Assuming that the size is in bytes, a "b" to appear after the number.
