I've just created a brand new user on my system, logged in and launched Firefox. I first checked the Addons and only the Web Developer addon is installed (which evne then is disabled because it is incompatible with the Firefox version installed).
I then went straight to the Scotiabank online secure login and the exact same problem happened - it stalled loading anyhting past the header of the page.
