Timmy, this bug was wrongly added to the hundredpapercuts project only hours ago. I am not upstream, I am only responsible for identifying small design issues to be added to the hundredpapercuts project. I am an Ubuntu user too, and I experience this bug every day and would like to see it fixed, but it doesn't belong in hundredpapercuts.
I see you just joined Launchpad today and have participated on only one bug, while I have been working on improving Ubuntu every day for the last few years. If you really want to see this bug fixed, get to work, or at least do not interfere with the people who are actually working on improving these issues.
