Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace-bin

When the battery is on 1% level kpowerdevil displays notify that to
avoid suspend user sould click on this notify in 10 seconds, but
clicking doesn't affect shutdown/suspend process. It's a bug when we
want to intentionally discharge battery near 0% and quickly plug AC
power. Also if CPU is under load, the rest of battery level sometimes
jump e.g. from 4% to 1% and back to 4% but powerdevil detects this
moment as battery discharged event.

** Affects: kdebase-workspace (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
