This security update broke my installation: http://www.ubuntulinux.org/usn/USN-780-1
In order to get it to work again I had to 1. Remove the printer from cups using http://localhost:631. 2. Remove the printer from HPLIP. 3. Reinstalling it using 'sudo hp-setup'.
