Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and help to improve Ubuntu.
You say that the keys are recognized when you try to bind them in gnome- keybinding-properties - are they shown with exactly these names - XF86Mail, XF86Homepage, and XF86Launch2? If you can see these key names, then this must not be a bug with hotkey input, but instead a problem with GNOME's handling of these keys. ** Package changed: hotkey-setup (Ubuntu) => gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu) ** Changed in: gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low ** Changed in: gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- Hotkeys stopped working https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/368238 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
