Sorry, I've not had time to try that. It offerred me a 'partial upgrade' and I did not really understand.
Still my big issue is the tables in Writer. I do send most docs out as pdf's. The attached document was the source for such a report. This file has only been ever touched by Open Office, never opened in Word. The tables at the top of the document have disappeared.... I did not keep the pdf, I thought it safe... I love the way Writer works but this is getting dangerous... PS please don't distribute this file, it's just so you cn maybe figure out what's going on.
