Public bug reported:
I am using Ubuntu 8.10. I recently received a package update which
included Kernel 2.6.27-14. After installing the updates and rebooting,
the my wireless no longer connects. I am using the Grub boot utility
and I can still boot up using the previous version of the kernel
(2.6.27-11) and the wireless still works perfectly. I have since
received a couple of updates hoping that would fix the issue, but no
luck.
My wireless HW is AR242x 802.11abg Wireless PCI Express Adapter.
I am including info about the packages and attaching the syslog from
both boots (sorry they are both in one gigantic file, I can apparently
only attach one). Please let me know any other info you might need.
