Thanks for the report, as Matthew pointed out, GPMS's help comes from the source. Has the help improved or is it still a problem?
If it is still a problem, the best way to get it fixed is to post a bug at; http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=gnome-power-manager and then post a link to that bug report here.
