Public bug reported:
When I try to open zip files using Ark, the files aren't being extracted.
However the destination folders are being created, though they are empty
folders. When I use the command line, everything is fine. (I repeated this
experiment on three zip files.)
I'm using Kubuntu Karmic Koala 64 bit.
