Reopening, more people where this is happening (including me). Opening the m3u
file via Music > Playlist > Load from file displays it in the right order;
right clicking then Open with -> Rhythmbox or dragging it into Rhythmbox would
earlier load the file in the wrong order.
I have now removed the list, and when right clicking it then Open with
Rhythmbox, does not load the file at all; instead it starts playing at the
first song which has nothing to do with that playlist. When dragging it onto
the Rhythmbox Playlist list, it is added as a new playlist with name "-". But
that's probably a different bug (rhythmbox, by the way, does not give any
output when that happens).

I can upload an .m3u file if needed, but can't provide the mp3 files
which come with it. The order in which Rhythmbox loads the files is not
the order in the .m3u file (which is correct and the same as the track
number order), and it's also not alphabetically, it seems random.
Clicking on the "track number" column label doesn't seem to do anything.

If anything else is needed, let me know.
