Ahh, Chris, I got it!! I went into the printer properties and under the
Device URL I changed it from generic to the Brother selection and the
driver was picked up and installed! I'm all set. I printed a test page.

p.s. need any help on the technical side of Linux? Where are you from
and how did you join the support team? I love computering and I am here
via the days of DOS etc. I'm a Sr. Fiber Optic Tech. right now with
plenty of computer strengths!
