Sir, I'm sorry you are having troubles. However, sense we are not there to see what you are doing and what the results were, we can only guess what happened. We need more information from you in order to help you. Without more information no one can help you without being at your computer. Sense we are volunteers such attitude towards us doesn't help the situation (e.g. we don't have to help you, but your lucky enough to be talk to nice little me). I'm here, waiting for more information from you so I can help you. Without it I cannot do anything. At minimum I need to know how you preformed your update, sense there are several ways to do so, and I need you to attach /var/log/apt/term.log (post if you need help doing this). I may need you to do more once I see what is going on and that's because I cannot control your computer from here.
