If I enter an incorrect username or password, I get: "Could not authenticate to server. Make sure the username and password are correct and try again." As for the URL, if I use /owa/ then I don't need the domain as part of my username to reproduce the error. If I don't include /owa/ in the URL, I can still reproduce the error by setting the username to DOMAIN\username.
