I have the same problem, using a Filco FKBT104M/EB bluetooth keyboard. (Except I'm switching escape and caps lock) Regardless of whether set with xmodmap or the keyboard dialogue, every time the kb reconnects, the settings are lost, even though the dialogue says they're still set. Tim's lucky, the Filco powersaves and disconnects after a few minutes. (I've timed it at 3)
