That last one looks like an ffmpeg problem; you might like to try xine- lib 1.1.3 (I see that you have 1.1.2).
That's three crash dumps in this bug report. Since they appear to be unrelated, it should really be three separate bug reports. The first one (extracted MRL is "mms://tvpol.wmod.llnwd.net/fc/a295/o2/300K/klan/1157.wmv") seems fine here, but then I'm using a recent xine-lib CVS snapshot which handles this stream via ffmpeg. So it's either a xine-lib problem or a w32codecs problem. The second one NEEDS a sample stream and/or configuration information. Without this, I think that it's not worth looking at again. The third one I've already covered, but again, a sample stream wouldn't go amiss.
