The description is not clear? OK, let me try again. What I WANT is to locate a folder in the file system, and then RIGHT-CLICK "TERMINAL" and as a result find myself with a NEW TERMINAL WINDOW OPEN "at" the designated folder ("at" in the sense of "cd").
This is not what happens. Right-click on "terminal" merely opens a "terminal" window "at" "~".
