Suspend to memory often fails, but sometimes works:
1. Menu -> Suspend computer
2. Computer is suspended, power LED is blinking as it should
3. Press the power button to wake up
a. sometimes it wakes up and works normally
b. sometimes it instead turns off fully
Yes, I just press the power button for second or shorter.
Not sure yet on what it depends.
