I uninstalled with all settings in the Synaptic the package "usbmount"
recently and that helped a lot. Although it didn't fixed the problem,
that system ignores USB devices, whose are plugged in before PCs turn
on,  now if you plug in a new USB device (after system is already fully
loaded), it is recognized and mounted on the first try very quickly and
all the other devices in the same time too.
