After updating to OOo 3.1.0-3ubuntu2-intrepid1 from the PPA for OOo scribblers, this behaviour is still present, So it has nothing to do with the OOo l10n package. In the spanish version of OOo when pulse Ctrl-e it is supposed to select all text, but instead of that, the text get centered what is supposed to be assigned to Ctrl-t, when pulse Crtl-t the action is to center the text, so the problem is with the "select all" shortcut. Can someone give any clue to workaround this?
