Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

As we know, ODF 1.2 is still a *draft* and IMHO can't be used in stable
releases.

ISO/IEC 26300 recommend ODF 1.0/1.1, so I think that is a good idea use
it as default (we can found this option in Tools --> Options -->
Load/Save --> ODF Version.

This kind of problem result in lower interoperability because some
office suites follow ODF 1.0/1.1 as recommended in ISO/IEC 26300 and
others follow ODF 1.2 (draft).

In work environment this is very frustrated, because a mix of formats
(ODF 1.1 and ODF 1.2) result in files that can't be manipulated in all
office suites.
