A small piece of news for you. It could be merely miscommunication or misunderstanding but I got some potentially good news from HP Tech Support Engineer, Sudheesh. " ... I will pass the update to the relevant team which is working on this ..." It seems he has at least attempted to escalate the problem. Who knows, maybe we are getting through on this ... time will tell.
