Public bug reported: When I add the hard disk option to the system monitor panel applet I always get 0% disk usage display. I use an lvw encrypted drive with an unencrypted boot partition and the rest in one large lvm volume which is split into root, home and swap. See screenshots for details. I would expect the applet to display a visual representation of the current disk size and how much of it is used. Instead I get "0% in use" all of the time.
Version is Jaunty Jackalope 9.04 installed from DVD and gnome-system- monitor 2.26.0.1-0ubuntu1 Is there any way to display not overall disk usage but disk activity in the system monitor? That's what I'm looking for but the feature is broken anyway. http://bayimg.com/image/lapdaaabp.jpg http://bayimg.com/image/lapddaabp.jpg ** Affects: gnome-system-monitor (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- System Monitor Panel Applet doesn't show encrypted disk usage https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/378867 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
