Public bug reported:

Repro:
1. Be logged into KDE4.
2. Open eg. ksysguard.
3. Fill disk with data.
4. Close ksysguard and open it again.

Result:
1. Ksysguard says it has malformed xml files.
2. Next time you logon to KDE, it will have desktop settings set to default
(eg. wallpaper, whole panel and plasmoids).

Expected result:
There should be no settings loss when disk is full.

Please note:
I run Kubuntu 9.04 with KDE 4.2.3, but the problem was present on KDE 4.2.2
(and previous) as well. I'm not 100% sure, wether this repro will work.
However, this is not the first time, when I experience such problems with KDE.
