The categories are work in progress at the moment (the next version of
GNOME will fix the categories for a bunch of items and sort them
differently). Marking the bug as rejected, few people read bugs, you
should better discuss that topic on one of the ubuntu mailing-list,
that's not really a bug, rather a design that could be done better
