Thank you, the bug seem to be gone. I am 100% sure, but I think there was another update a few days after my report (that might have been an update to fglrx). After that update, everything was gone.
I also had another problem fixed regarding the Citrix Client. Citrix released a new version. That really made my day. If we can keep this level of stability, then I can remove the last MS Windows solution in a few weeks.
