Sad to say the scenario did not happen while I retested it so obtaining some valuable informations for a solution did not show while doing the backtrace process. Hopefully that was just some technical glitches that caused the file transfer operation to fail. I'll still be observing this scenario in order to reproduce it if this is really a bug.
