Hmm. Now it started crashing again on startup, and simply deleting 
.azureus/logs/* doesn't fix it anymore:

I attached the error report from hotspot, too. I noticed a few other reports 
there, I can add them too if anyone needs them. (I think they're from older 
crashes.)
