I'm not sure how much is this information useful, but problem remains after upgrade to KDE 4.2.3 and Qt 4.5.1.
As for QCA2, I can see theat in upstream, there is already version 2.0.2, while in Ubuntu, there is 2.0.0 for very long time (since Hardy).
