Please sync smart 1.2-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
I've merged the Ubuntu delta into the Debian package (mainly newer
upstream version and new smartpm-core, python-smartpm packages),
and uploaded the package to sid.
