Brian, this bug was associated with the 'linux' package which the FindRightPackage said was the right package for kernel bugs.
I looked for a more specific package, like 'sysfs' but couldn't find one. I did find 'sysfsutils' but that appeared to be a userland rather than kernel package. If anyone can point to be a more appropriate package than 'linux' for a kernel/sysfs bug please do let me know.
