- debian/control: Build-Depend on 'pkg-kde-tools'
* Change libkdcraw3-dev to libkdcraw7-dev in build-deps (libkdcraw.pc is not
detecting for now, take care in next release please)
* Bump kdelibs4-dev to kdelibs5-dev, libexiv2-dev from 0.16 to 0.18,
libkipi0-dev to libkipi6-dev
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.1
* Remove libqt3-mt-dev from build-deps and depends
* Add mplayerthumbs to depends
* Add libjpeg62-dev, libqt4-sql-sqlite, libmarble-dev to build-deps
* Remove debian/patches no need, remove quilt, remove
include /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/patchsys-quilt.mk from rules
