I also tried deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/tuxonice/ppa/ubuntu intrepid main, but after resume system is unstable (something line this http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/slackware-14/system-unstable- after-resume-from-suspend-719718/ - I tried CLOCK setting) - segfaults and so on.
