I renamed /etc/iptables.up.rules to /etc/iptables.up.rules.bak and rebooted. This fixes the ufw problem (ufw now starts automatically), but unfortunately causes another problem -:( When I reboot, dnsmasq fails to start and I end up with no addresses on either of my Ethernet interfaces.
