Confirming this, I see many similar reports in other sites and at least
one bug related to this (bug 41271).

Can you try to install the a2ps package and retrying ?

          The above is very strongly pointing to an issue with Xubuntu and

- Xfce.  They built the packages wrong or something so if you could file a
