Note, in the GNOME bug tracker referenced, it's marked as a duplicate

The discussion points out that a menu item in Evolution already reads
"Secure FTP (SSH)", which covers most of the usability problems of
choosing "SFTP" over "SSH", or vice versa. It also makes that particular
selection more consistent with the other options in that dialog, such
as:

 * WebDAV (HTTP)
 * Secure WebDAV (HTTPS)
