I've updated this now, and the new delta to Debian is attached. The changes I've made are:
- Dropped 90_relibtoolize.patch and regenerated 98_autotools.patch. - Edited debian/rules to not move startup files from /etc/xdg/autostart. - Added 90_no_debug_flood_by_default.patch back in to debian/patches. The patch doesn't need to be applied though until 2.27.x I've also published the changes in my branch.
