* new upstream release (LP: #370190).
* debian/debian/patches/01_rpath.dpatch: merged by upstream, removed.
* no patch is needed. remove dpatch from debian/*
* debian/control:
- bump standards version to 3.8.1.
- change maintainer's email.
- add ${python:Depends} to depends.
