I can confirm this. System: - Intel DQ45CB (using Intel GMA 4500), Core 2 Duo - 8GB RAM - Ubuntu 9.04 64-bit
Suspend to ram seems to work. Fans and drives stop spinning, board LED indicates STR. But when pressing the power button to wake the machine up it behaves as if it has not been in STR state and boots without any problems. This happens every time. This problem does not occur under Windows Vista 32-Bit, where resume works fine. No other releases of Ubuntu tested. ** Attachment added: "acpi.tar.bz2" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/26368943/acpi.tar.bz2 -- Reboot when trying to resume after suspend https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/358898 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
