I confirm this bug. Each time I restart Banshee, the separation line between the artist and album panel moves a little more to the right. Although I placed the album panel at the top (see my screenshot attached) I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 64bit with Banshee 1.4.3-3ubuntu2.
