Hi all,
This has further implications when using jfs as root (I am): jfs will only 
mount as read-only when it is dirty. This means that after a crash the system 
is un-bootable if running on battery power.

As far as I can tell, there is no way to force a check at boot time that
will allow me to boot my system.
