Hy i'm having the same problem, i've install the systemsettings package to select the appropriate style for KDE apps. It seem like i'm missing something because the only appearance setting I can change are the icons, i don't have any way to select the KDE widget style... I guess i need to install additional package but i can't figure out witch one.
