Thanks for your bug. That's not a bug, I'm marking it as rejected. rhythmbox does play the sound track if you give it a theora ogg video, so the "open with" menu item makes sense. From the nautilus point of view a theora ogg video is detected as "video/x-theora+ogg" which is correct, shared-mime-info declares it as a subtype of "application/ogg" and rhythmbox.desktop declares handling them, so that's not a bug from the mimetype system neither
