Public bug reported:
When running inkscape in Ubuntu with the kubuntu-desktop installed
inkscape won't resize vertically and always seems to take up 100% of the
screen height. This wouldn't be much of a problem if it didn't go under
the kde panel.
I use an HP laptop with a 12.1" screen, the resolution is 1280*800
